Announces Rennlist Racing
Portsmouth, New Hampshire –
11/3/99 - Today, RennList.Com formally introduces the Rennlist
Racing Program. In
short, today marks a new level for Internet websites and their
commitment in supporting competitive racing venues. Rennlist's
new Racing Website at http://www.rennlist.org
(follow the new Racing link from the main page) is a reflection
of that commitment. There, you will find the program background
and details, team and car photographs and even downloadable
desktop wallpapers. Rennlist is sending this announcement to the
general media and services, as it clearly defines another level
as to how the Internet and a group of Marque enthusiasts can be
involved in the worldwide arena of international motor-sports.
On a personal note, to say
that we are in amazement at the path this site has traversed
over the last year and a half would be an understatement. From
somewhat humble beginnings as a simple mail list server with
several thousand Porsche enthusiast subscribers - to its growth
into participating on the International Racing circuit with a
highly competitive Porsche GTS class car, is a path I never
would have even imagined those 18 months ago.
While some car manufacturers
may think we, as Internet users and members of this
cyber-community are foremost, a small group of geeks and
techno-nerds - my personal response is "bunk - you haven't
seen anything yet." What we have built, and continue to
pursue, is a level of excellence and quality of community and
camaraderie that is only possible through that same technology.
This is just the beginning. This is the future. This is
Rennlist. So - Are you Ready?
This announcement is for each
of you for your support, enthusiasm and incredible
encouragement. And best of luck to the Ross Racing Porsche GTS
entry in Nevada November 5th through 7th!
